For today’s post, I’ve partnered up with Charlotte Russe to show ya’ll how I wear “party pieces” during the day. Although this super sexy dress is ideal for a GNO (girls night out obvi), it can still look tres chic during the day…there should be an accent mark over the “e” in “tres”, but cut me some slack. I don’t know how to insert symbols in blogger yet, ha. Anywho, keep an eye out for part 2. I’ll be blasting it later this week. I know you’re itching to see how I style this baby for a fun night out with frands.
I paired my dress with a “baggy” faux leather jacket and threw on a pair of classy nude pumps to elongate my legs. My tote adds personality while serving as a “backpack” for school. I always carry oversized totes for books! What can I say? I like feeling like Mary Poppins =P
I bought this necklace at a Talbots Factory Outlet way back in the day (a couple years ago or so), and it’s still in great condition. I think it adds a “conservative” feel to the look balancing the body con aspect of the dress. If you want extra warmth, throw on a pair of nude stockings.
OH, I also think this dress would also look amazing with black tights + a black blazer + statement necklace. Maybe I’ll style it like that if there’s a next time, hardy har har.
