I was going to write a long elaborate post on how to visually elongate your legs, but it’s gonna have to wait because things are really crazy for me right now. I have a concert coming up next week, and I feel super unprepared. I just got back from Rhode Island (aka zero practicing), and I have a jam-packed schedule this weekend soooo I won’t be getting much sleep.
I leave for the Poconos on Monday so I have to work efficiently because I still have A LOT to get through! I’m extra excited for this though because I get to collaborate with one of my CLOSEST friends, Thomas Lehman. We met a few years back at a summer festival in Wilkes-Barre, PA (we were both faculty there) and clicked right off the bat. We stayed in touch and have been BFF ever since!
Anywho, let’s get back to today’s OOTD. I’m pumped to tell you guys all about my new dress from Almost Famous. Blush is one of my favorite colors so naturally, this piece tickles my fancy. Add on pretty lace detailing, and I’m completely and utterly sold. The texture draws the eye upwards with its faux-empire waist elongating my stems. To further lengthen my legs, I threw on neutral wedges. Pro tip: look for a nude that matches your skin tone to create one continuous line.
My bag’s from Violet Ray, and it’s the first time I’m featuring it on SS! It doubles as both a crossbody and clutch so it transitions beautifully from day to night. I’m actually going to be partnering up with them for a fab giveaway soon so make sure you guys keep an eye out because it’s going to be a goodie!
Anddd on a random note, who watched Game of Thrones last week? I’m a huge fan of the show, but I was kind of disappointed with their season premiere. It was just too slow for me! There were a handful of bamf scenes like the opening with Arya and Lyanna Mormont’s bit in the middle (amongst others), but the rest of very “eh” IMHO. What did you guys think?
