If you like bows as much as I do, you’re going to love my latest find. This adorable off-the-shoulder number is everything! I paired it with a khaki mini for a simple but cute casual look. I tucked my shirt in to accentuate the small of my waist, threw on beige heels to elongate my legs, and carried a matching crossbody bag to finish things off.
For those of you interested, the top’s available at Hailey Raine Boutique for $35 here! I’m wearing a size small, and it fits me perfectly. It’s made of a rayon semi-sheer fabric – it actually feels like silk to the touch – that’s perfect for summer. Dress it down further with jeans and sneakers for an effortlessly stylish OOTD.
Anddd now it’s time for my bi-weekly recap! Here are some highlights, frands…
- A fabulous influencer dinner at Tell Tale in downtown Baltimore: the event was hosted by a wonderful instagrammer named John John, and I had a really fun time hanging out with everyone – there were a lot of BIG personalities present so I was laughing all night long, haha. The food was actually pretty good, and I was impressed with many of their new menu offerings. My faves were their mac ‘n cheese, cubano sandwich, and donut bread pudding. I’d definitely go back to try some other dishes!
- Attending 16 on the Park’s mock lunch service with Food Nomad: Good food and good company had me smiling all day long. This was my second time there – I went with Like the Tea Eats a while back – and it was filling to say the least. The service was impeccable, and the view was second to none. I’d love to come back for drinks once it warms up a bit more. If you decide to get your grub on here, get the crab cakes and smith island cake. Shoutout to Maroon PR for the invite!
- My uber busy Sunday aka food shenanigans all day long: I literally spent the entire day eating with friends, lol. I started the day off with brunch at Eatbar with EatGFree and DCFoodporn, and we had a fabulous time nomming and shooting. Some standout dishes were the falafel waffle, pancake burger, and corn dogs. Then I drove over to Arlington to meet up with DCNomster to cover Ambar + Baba. Man, I can’t even begin to tell you guys how much I enjoyed the food there. Everything we got was on point – like every single dish – and Alex and I were SO beyond impressed. I’m definitely going to feature them on Nomtastic Foods so make sure you guys keep an eye out.
Anywho, it’s 1 AM and I’m exhausted so let’s wrap things up for today – I have a fashion shoot tomorrow so I should get my beauty rest, haha. OH, and I almost forgot to mention that I’m posting 3 times this week. I have a cool skincare post coming up on Wednesday so def. make sure to check back then. Sending hugs from the DMV!
