I love experimenting with different color combinations. Who knew lavender and mustard went so well together? I actually shot this look a LONG time ago but forgot to post it so here we are, lol. The blazer was a gift from Chicwish, but it’s still available for purchase online for those of you interested.
It’s on the pricier side, but it’s actually really solid outerwear so if you have the money and want a colorful new blazer in your life, definitely take a look. It’s slightly oversized so if you’re into boyfriend fits, you’ll love this. Personally, I really like the length, and I feel like it’s super versatile – you can wear it with jeans and a graphic tee or pair it with a girly dress underneath like I did for a cute everyday ensemble.
I paired my polka dot mini with my OTK highlands! These were a SERIOUS splurge, but I explain why they were worth the investment here. I own them in both beige and black, but if you’re debating between the two, definitely go with the latter because the beige is SO hard to upkeep.
You don’t have to worry about the black boots as much – trust me, I speak from experience when I say scuffs and scratches don’t really show. The beige though? You see EVERYTHING so I end up not wearing them out as much because they’re so expensive. PS. I’m going to link a more affordable shoe option below as well so no worries if you’d rather save than spend.
To finish things off, I accessorized with beaded statement earrings from Full Line Collection. I wish I could link you guys, but they’re no longer available for purchase. They do still carry these gorgeous druzy teardrops though, and they’re only $10 a pop! I own them myself so I can vouch for their quality. How do you guys feel about druzy jewelry – is it cute or not so much? Let me know what you think by commenting below, friends.
